East Coast Propellers, one of Australia’s most experienced propeller overhaul specialists, has signed an agreement to implement Aerotrac — a leading business control software for aviation MRO providers. The system will support East Coast Propellers’ continued growth by streamlining its processes, enhancing traceability, and improving efficiency across all areas of operation.
Based in Bankstown, New South Wales, East Coast Propellers is a CASA, CAA Malaysia, CAA Philippines, CAA Thailand and CAA Maldives certified organisation with a long-standing reputation for quality and reliability in propeller servicing. With a customer base spanning Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, the company supports a wide range of fixed-wing aircraft.
The implementation of Aerotrac will provide East Coast Propellers with a single, fully integrated platform to manage quoting, job control, inventory, compliance, documentation, and financials, ensuring the team can meet regulatory requirements while improving service turnaround times.
Natasha Earnest, Director at East Coast Propellers, said:
“We’re excited to begin this next chapter with Tracware. Aerotrac will help us bring together the various parts of our business into one central system, allowing us to improve traceability and control as we continue to expand. It’s a great fit for the way we work and the level of service we strive to provide our customers.”
Leanne Hull, Regional Manager at Tracware, commented:
“We’re proud to welcome East Coast Propellers to the Aerotrac community. As a respected and growing name in the Australian MRO sector, their team will benefit from Aerotrac’s ability to deliver structure, control and insight across their entire operation. We’re looking forward to working with them.”
The implementation will begin in Q2 2025, with a phased rollout supporting a fully integrated go-live in Q3 2025.
