Hangar & Workshop Application

The engineer tablet app provides a centralised view of all assigned projects, each clearly marked with status indicators such as Not Started, In Work, Inspection Required, and All Tasks. Engineers can quickly access task details, job cards, and relevant documentation directly from the app, helping them stay focused and organised throughout each project.

Digital job cards can be viewed, acknowledged, and updated as work progresses. Engineers can mark tasks as complete, add detailed notes or findings, and upload supporting media such as photos or documents for traceability and compliance.

The app also allows engineers to raise new defects using predefined categories with the option to include custom notes, ensuring issues are logged quickly and consistently. From within each task, parts can be requested directly, and time is automatically recorded against individual activities to simplify tracking and reporting.

Breaks and delays can be submitted using predefined reason codes, adding transparency to project timelines. Engineers also have access to associated manuals and publications, with offline caching enabled for use in areas with poor Wi-Fi connectivity.

Finally, digital signature capture is included for internal sign-offs, supporting secure and efficient workflow completion without the need for paper-based forms.

Aircraft Management

Our Aircraft Management module is a purpose-built digital solution for fleet owners, offering complete visibility and control over the operational, maintenance, and compliance status of every aircraft in the fleet.

Designed to integrate seamlessly with Aerotrac, the application centralises aircraft records, upcoming maintenance schedules, technical status, and cost reporting – all from a single dashboard.

Fleet owners can view the real-time status of each aircraft, track utilisation, monitor upcoming inspections or service intervals, and receive alerts for due or overdue tasks. Detailed maintenance histories, logbook entries, and airworthiness records are securely stored and accessible at any time.

Whether managing a small fleet or a large, diverse operation, the Aircraft Management Application ensures proactive oversight, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency – all from a tablet, laptop, or mobile device.

Document Manager

The TDM (Technical Document Manager) module provides a secure, centralised space for storing and managing all critical documents related to maintenance, production, compliance, and personnel. Designed to streamline document access and control, it supports a wide range of file types and allows teams to upload, tag, and organise documents by category, job number, asset, or department. Whether you’re managing work instructions, technical manuals, audit records or staff certifications, TDM ensures the right version is always available to the right people – with traceability and access control. Integrated seamlessly with other modules, and accessible via web, TDM helps reduce paper handling, improve compliance, and keep your documentation structured and audit-ready at all times.

Manufacturing

The Manufacturing module delivers a real-time, connected view of workshop activity, helping production teams plan, track and manage operations with greater efficiency. It includes access to the Assembly Task Management system, allowing supervisors to monitor task progress and user activity across all work orders, ensuring accountability at every stage. The Employee Roster provides visibility over shift coverage and personnel assignment, helping managers identify resourcing gaps without the need to access back-end systems. A built-in Parts Forecast feature displays material requirements for every work order, highlighting shortages, delays or on-hold items with intuitive status badges. Supporting this is the WO Scheduling view – a dynamic calendar interface that presents all ongoing and upcoming work, allowing planners to track progress, manage workloads and optimise workshop capacity. The Manufacturing module provides the clarity and control needed to keep production moving.

Materials

The Materials module brings together critical inventory and component insights in a single, accessible interface – enabling smarter, faster decision-making across stores and planning functions. At its core is the Component Log, a calendar-based tool that forecasts the lifecycle of components and LLPs, highlighting key indicators such as scrap due dates, overhaul requirements and inspection intervals. This allows users to proactively manage airworthiness and material planning, reducing the risk of delays or compliance breaches. Complementing this is the Stock Details feature, which provides a detailed view of every part in inventory – including historical usage, financial data, supplier traceability and re-order thresholds. The Materials module helps ensure the right part is available, at the right time, for the right job.

MRO

The MRO module provides end-to-end visibility and control over aircraft maintenance operations, delivering a fully connected overview of activity across the hangar and workshop environments. Real-time data from the ATM (Aerotrac Management) system shows exactly who’s on shift, what they’re working on, and when – giving supervisors instant insight into resource utilisation and task bookings. The module features project dashboards for both Hangar and Workshop operations, offering a live view of scheduled and unscheduled tasks, turnaround time (TRT) tracking, and performance against estimates. Upcoming aircraft arrivals are displayed on a visual timeline, complete with work scope summaries and planning tools, while the Assignment Plan and Employee Roster help allocate staff effectively across departments and locations. With built-in planning utilities like Hangar Configuration, Bay Planning and Workcentre Loading, MRO managers can define work patterns, balance capacity, and forecast workload with precision. Whether managing daily operations or coordinating long-term campaigns, the MRO module brings clarity, accountability and control to complex maintenance workflows.

Personnel

The Personnel module provides a centralised hub for managing staff records, qualifications, and day-to-day workforce visibility. From a single interface, managers can access a live Employee Roster showing departmental assignments and resource availability, supporting efficient planning across operations. The module includes a detailed Engineers Logbook that tracks task history and individual qualifications – ideal for audit readiness and skill alignment. Personnel validation is streamlined through integrated Picture & Signature records, enabling quick verification for approvals and certification workflows. Time & Attendance data is recorded in real time, with visibility over shift status, absences, and TOIL or holiday requests – all accessible from desktop or mobile. Built-in Training Records functionality ensures every team member is up to date on mandatory training and internal courses, helping businesses stay compliant while investing in continuous development. Whether managing ten engineers or a hundred, the Personnel module keeps your workforce connected, accountable, and compliant.

Quality

The Quality module supports a proactive approach to compliance by centralising the planning and tracking of audits across departments, suppliers, and operational areas. At its core is the Quality Audit feature – a calendar-based interface that displays upcoming and historical audits, complete with audit type, reference, scheduling details, and real-time status updates. Whether managing internal inspections or regulatory checks, the module ensures full visibility over audit planning and execution, helping teams stay ahead of compliance requirements and maintain high operational standards. Scheduling

It provides real-time access to in-progress work, with dedicated views for Manufacturing and MRO workflows. The Manufacturing WIP view breaks down each work order into defined operations, displaying lead times, planned versus actual turnaround, and real-time completion tracking – helping planners manage capacity and respond to delays proactively. For aircraft maintenance, the MRO WIP view offers detailed visibility over scheduled tasks, technician assignments, and estimated durations, allowing supervisors to balance workload and maintain progress against project deadlines.
