Andrew has spent his career in Aviation and has extensive experience in Business Process Management & systems implementations. In 1999 he founded Tracware to develop Aerotrac, our end-to-end ERP System for the Aviation, Aerospace and Defense Industry. Aerotrac is now utilised by businesses worldwide.

Peter is an experienced Chief Executive with over 30 years’ experience. He was Chairman and CEO of Lewmar Marine Limited and has also held senior roles at several Aviation Service Sector businesses in the UK and North America. Peter has a degree in mechanical engineering, together with a master’s degree in business.

James is a results-driven Executive with extensive experience in the field in business strategy. He formally developed & managed a sales team for the second largest automotive PLC in the UK with an annual account of over £50M. His deep understanding of sales and strategy makes him an asset to the Tracware Team.

Steve joined Tracware in 2001 after earning his HND in Business Information Technology. He is a vital part of Tracware’s infrastructure and has been instrumental in devising, creating and supporting the software’s functionality. The stability, robustness and quality of the software owes much to his input over the years.

Patrick started his Aviation career in 1991, joining Tracware in 2002. He has extensive experience of the technical, commercial, logistical and financial processes of the industry. Patrick is an expert in the field of MRO, particularly in relation to the implementation of Aviation MRO software

Leanne joined Tracware in 2018 and is the newest member of our team in Australia. She comes to us with great enthusiasm and a wealth of varied knowledge in the Aviation Industry. Leanne spent 16 years in the Royal Australian Air Force before branching into Civil Aviation.

Yuhua joined Tracware in 2024 to support our clients in North America. Prior to joining us she was employed by a major aviation software provider, working in Customer Services. Yuhua has a great understanding of aircraft management, system workflow and business processes, which allows her to excel in her role.

Mike joined Tracware in 2022, bringing a wealth of experience, including previous use of Aerotrac. With in-depth knowledge of continuous improvement, customer service, and project management, Mike is an asset to our Support Services team, providing front-line assistance and helping with on-site implementations.

Andy has an extensive career in aviation with a wealth of knowledge specifically around Aircraft Maintenance and management. Andy joined Tracware in 2007 as Client Support after using Aerotrac at his previous workplace. He is an integral member of our support team with a long history of working within Aerotrac.

Peter joined Tracware in 2015 as client support after developing bespoke MRO software, gaining valuable insight into MRO challenges. Peter excels in his role, here at Tracware he works on software implementations and upgrades, designing solutions to improve business processes for the company and its customers.

Joe serves as a Senior Advisor at Tracware, bringing a wealth of experience in both military and technological sectors. His career started in the Canadian Armed Forces, where he honed his expertise in project management and systems analysis. Joe's strategic vision is crucial to Tracware’s growth.

Walter has been MD and CEO of several companies. His experience in aviation spans a wide range of segments including aircraft manufacturing, business jet operations, advanced ground support equipment and regional airports. He is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and holds a Private Pilot’s Licence.

Hollie is a sales professional with a remarkable track record of over 10 years in the automotive industry. Having thrived in a competitive, fast-paced environment, Hollie has now taken on the pivotal role of Head of Sales at Tracware. Throughout her career she has demonstrated exceptional sales driving significant revenue.

Deb is our personnel manager and joined the Tracware Team in 2012. Within her role, Deb dedicates her time to assisting in the office, supporting Andrew with current client relationships, and actively building new ones.

Millie joined Tracware in 2024 as a Business Development Executive. Her hard work and determination are essential in growing the business and attracting new clients, positioning Tracware for continued success.

Roy was the first Aerotrac programmer and a founder member of Tracware. His pioneering design and software architecture continue to serve as the backbone of Aerotrac today. With a robust background in IT and programming, Roy also possesses a deep understanding of the aviation industry's unique needs.

Ozan joined Tracware in 2017 as a full stack developer, focusing on the development of Aerotrac Web Interface-AWI. He holds a BSc in Physics and an MSc in Mechatronics Engineering. With 8 years of software engineering experience, Ozan brings a wealth of expertise and a robust technical background to the team.

Bogdan started working with Tracware in 2000. Since then, Bogdan has been involved in various projects within the company and since 2009 he has a permanent member of the programming team.

Oliver joined Tracware in 2022 as a front-end developer, specifically focused on product design and UI. He’s competent in multiple development languages and brings strong design skills to our team. Oliver plays a key role in many ongoing projects, ensuring our products are both functional and visually appealing.

Ethan joined Tracware in 2024 as a software developer. He studied Software Engineering at the University of Portsmouth, where he developed a solid foundation in his field. At Tracware, Ethan focuses on our web and mobile applications, leveraging his skills and expertise to drive innovation and enhance user experiences.

Julie joined Tracware in 2024 as a software developer, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise. After earning a BA in Psychology, Julie began her career as an IBM mainframe programmer. She transitioned to desktop application development around 30 years ago, honing her skills and expanding her knowledge in this field.

Dom is a full stack developer with extensive experience. He joined Tracware early 2024 to bolster our web/mobile development team. Dom is competent in multiple development languages and possess a comprehensive skillset.
