Business Ethics

Tracware undertakes to comply with the Bribery Act 2010 and any other anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws, legislation, regulations or directives (“Anti-Corruption Legislation”) which apply to its business or which apply in the place where a Contract is performed. The Company will not, and will procure that its employees, subcontractors, agents and representatives will not, engage in any activity, practice or conduct which would constitute an offence under any Anti-Corruption Legislation.

Modern Slavery

Tracware undertakes to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and any other modern slavery laws, legislation, regulations or directives (“Modern Slavery Legislation”) which apply to its business, or which apply in the place where a Contract is performed. The Company will not, and will procure that its employees, subcontractors, agents and representatives will not, engage in any activity, practice or conduct which would constitute an offence under any Modern Slavery Legislation.
