Tracware and Preston Air Services Announce Strategic Partnership

Tracware Limited, a leading provider of advanced business process control software, and Preston Air Services Ltd. (PAS), a renowned UK-based aviation services company, are pleased to announce a strategic partnership.

Effective from May 8, 2024, this partnership leverages Tracware’s cutting-edge Aerotrac software and PAS’s extensive expertise in maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) to drive value and increase service capabilities for their collective networks.

Inventory Management

Under the terms of the agreement, Tracware and PAS will collaborate on the Tracware Asset Management (TAM) business. PAS will engage with Tracware and their customer base to provide comprehensive inventory and asset management services. This agreement will allow for mutual growth and shared success for both organisations.

Reseller Agreement for Tracware Products

PAS will also act as an authorised reseller for Tracware products, actively marketing and selling Tracware’s suite of software solutions as part of its MRO service offerings. As part of this agreement. This agreement further strengthens the business capabilities of both parties, offering clients a robust and integrated solution for their aviation software needs.

Consultancy and Implementation Support

PAS will provide management consultancy and implementation support services to Tracware. This engagement aims to further enhance Tracware’s implementation capabilities, ensuring that their new customers receive the best possible support and service.
