In late 1999 he left his then employer and setup Tracware.
β€œI set up Tracware all those years ago with the intention developing an affordable, functional piece of business software – Aerotrac – specifically for the PART 145 component MRO sector, and then latterly developed the functionality to support Aircraft Management (PART M).

I would like to think that Tracware is more than just a software company; We pride ourselves in developing close relationships with everybody we work with and like to think of ourselves as Solution Providers. I learnt very early on that it’s not all about the software, it’s about behaviour in business.”

Andrew holds a number of formal qualifications, ranging from TEC Mechanical Engineering through to a Fellowship with the Institute of Management (IM) and he has considerable practical experience in Business Process Management and systems implementations.
