Aerotrac Web Interface

The Aerotrac Web Interface (AWI) revolutionises access to your Aerotrac data, significantly enhancing mobility and enabling the performance of key tasks anywhere, anytime. Employees can access the AWI using their existing Aerotrac login details, with permissions tailored to their roles. Additionally, customers can be granted access to view their aircraft details and project statuses, enhancing transparency and communication. 

 

The AWI’s Aircraft Management module offers a comprehensive view of your fleet’s status. Depending on the setup, customers can access real-time details about their aircraft and projects. The module also supports rolling forecasts and the management of Maintenance Instructions and Updates. When used with Aerosector, it provides real-time aircraft location tracking via Google Maps. 

 

The MRO (Part 145) module includes advanced Hangar & Workshop planning features, integrated with the Time & Attendance module for real-time employee rostering. This functionality extends to the Manufacturing module, offering up-to-the-minute information on Works Orders. Combined with the Aerotrac Mobile (ATM) application, engineers have the flexibility to work from any location at any time.

Aerosector - e-Tech Log

Aerosector brings a new level of operational efficiency and security to the aviation industry by enabling the creation of secure, paperless sector record pages using touchscreen devices, including iOS, Android, and MS Windows. Designed to interface seamlessly with Aerotrac, Aerosector enhances real-time data exchange and operational workflows. 

 

Utilising standard web browsing technology via internet or 3/4/5G connectivity, Aerosector ensures accessibility and convenience. One of its key functions is to prevent overruns and unauthorised flights by requiring pilots to verify their medical records, licences, and review aircraft availability and serviceability, including outstanding defects and scheduled maintenance events. Pilots can clear pre-flight checks, record fuel, oil, and fluid uplifts, and report defects, Minimum Equipment Lists (MELs), and delays using standard IATA delay codes. 

 

Aerosector generates ‘paperless’ tech log entries that synchronise flight data—such as take-off weights, flying times, hours, landings, lifts, engine starts/cycles, and any Tech Log defects reported in flight—directly with Aerotrac. This real-time data integration provides Aircraft Management organisations with enhanced visibility into maintenance requirements and greater control over aircraft serviceability. 

 

Additionally, CAMOs (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisations) can offer Aerosector as a value-added service, allowing clients to access a simple online view of the availability and status of their aircraft or fleet. This added transparency helps streamline operations and improve client satisfaction.

 

Aerosector will then create ‘paperless’ tech log entries which will synch flight data, take-off weights, flying times, hours, landings, lifts, engine starts / cycles and any Tech Log defects reported in flight directly with Aerotrac v2.50.

 

Aircraft Management organisations using Aerotrac v2.50 will receive real time flight data that will provide visibility of maintenance requirements and greater control over serviceability of the aircraft. CAMO’s can also offer ‘Aerosector’ to their customers as a value-added service, giving their clients a simple on-line view of the availability and status of their aircraft or fleet.

Aerotrac Mobile (ATM)

Aerotrac Mobile (ATM) provides real-time access to Aerotrac and the Aerotrac Web Interface (AWI), enabling seamless two-way data exchange on the go. Designed for use on touchscreen devices, ATM allows engineers and technicians to manage engineering projects, and work orders in real-time. 

 

With its ability to interface with Aerotrac and AWI using standard web browsing technology via internet or 3/4/5G connectivity, ATM ensures that critical information is always at your fingertips. Once synchronised, ATM can even be used offline, providing flexibility and uninterrupted workflow. It is compatible with Android and Windows devices, and users can securely log in with their Aerotrac password using two-factor authentication. 

 

After logging in, users can view scheduled tasks and operations, establish links to OEM websites for real-time access to maintenance manuals, view OEM publications, and book time. Additionally, parts and tooling can be requisitioned, unscheduled tasks and defects can be generated, and photos can be taken and linked to relevant defects, depending on the device used. 

 

Upon task completion, all tasks, including independent inspections, can be signed off using unique PIN control. Completed paperwork is automatically stored in the AWI Document Management (TDM) module, ensuring that all records are maintained accurately and efficiently. Aerotrac Mobile enhances operational efficiency by providing engineers with the tools they need to perform their tasks anytime, anywhere.
