Basic Overview

Provides participants with a high-level introduction to Aerotrac. This webinar aims to familiarise users with the basic functionalities and features of Aerotrac, including how to log in, navigate through the various menu headings, personalise screens and menus, and understand the layout of different screens. Additionally, the webinar touches on how to use the reports module and provides an overview of the Aerotrac status board. By the end of the webinar, participants will have a good understanding of the key aspects of Aerotrac and be ready to explore the software further.

Company Setup

Provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of the setup process within Aerotrac. This webinar covers various aspects of company setup, including administrative setup, personnel setup, materials setup, and financial setup. Additionally, the webinar covers topics such as setting up supplier scopes, configuring non-productive codes, and managing time collection. Materials

The Materials module in Aerotrac encompasses various functionalities related to managing and tracking materials within the system. It includes features such as Material Review, Stock Movements, Purchase Orders, and Batch Generation. The Material Review function allows users to review and manage materials requirements for projects, including the ability to add, edit, and delete parts. Purchase Orders can be raised to procure materials, and Batch Generation facilitates the generation of batches for inspection and other purposes.

Commercial

This webinar encompasses various functionalities related to commercial operations within Aerotrac. It includes features such as Project Estimating, Selling Prices, and Sales Orders. The Project Estimating function allows users to create and manage estimates for projects, including labor charges, materials, and other costs. Selling Prices enables the management of selling prices for parts and services, including markups and price lists. Sales Orders can be created to manage customer orders and track the status of sales transactions.

Finance

The Finance module in Aerotrac includes various functionalities related to financial operation. It includes features such as Financial Setup, Accounts Link, Financial Period, Financial Management of Labour Costs, Nominal Journals, and Period End Procedure. The Financial Setup allows users to configure financial settings and establish financial periods. The Accounts Link feature enables the integration of Aerotrac with external accounting systems. The Financial Management of Labour Costs provides tools for tracking and managing labour costs associated with projects and work orders. Nominal Journals allow for the posting and management of financial transactions. The Period End Procedure guides users through the necessary steps to close a financial period and generate reports.

Personnel

The Personnel Setup allows users to configure settings related to personnel management, such as departments and work groups. Employee Details enables the creation and management of employee profiles, including details such as employee ID, work profiles, and cost rates. Work Profiles allow the setup of working days, weeks, and patterns for employees.

Quality

The Quality module in Aerotrac encompasses various functionalities related to quality management within the system. It includes features such as Quality Setup, Auditing, Employee Logbook, Capability Management, and Publications View/Add. The Quality Setup allows users to configure quality settings and establish quality parameters. Auditing enables the management and tracking of audits within the system. The Employee Logbook feature allows employees to view and track their project details and time bookings. Capability Management offers greater control over the company's capability list and extensions. Publications View/Add allows users to access and manage quality-related publications.

MRO

The MRO module in Aerotrac is designed to support the management and tracking of maintenance activities for aircraft and components. It includes features such as Workshop Projects, MRO Receipts, Inspection Workbench, and MRO Quotations. Workshop Projects allow users to create and manage projects for maintenance and repair tasks. MRO Receipts facilitate the receipt and tracking of components and materials for maintenance purposes. The Inspection Workbench provides tools for conducting inspections and generating inspection reports. MRO Quotations enable the creation and management of quotations for maintenance services. Aircraft management in Aerotrac encompasses various functionalities related to the control and maintenance of aircraft. Part 145 Aircraft MRO

Aerotrac supports MRO activities for Part 145 aircraft. The system allows for the management and tracking of maintenance tasks, including MRO quotations, hangar projects, inspection workbench, and components/LLP tracking. It also facilitates the integration of internal and third-party Part 145 maintenance organisations.

Part 145 Component MRO

Aerotrac supports MRO activities for Part 145 components. It provides functionalities such as MRO quotations, hangar projects, inspection workbench, and components/LLP tracking. The system allows for the management and tracking of maintenance tasks for Part 145 components.

Reporting & More

Aerotrac offers a range of reports to aid in the management of various aspects of the system. These reports can be accessed through the Reports module and cover areas such as aircraft utilisation, component status, maintenance instructions, continued airworthiness requirements, financial reports, personnel reports, and more. The reports can be customised and filtered based on specific criteria, and some reports can be exported to Microsoft Excel for further analysis.
