Glen Stevenson, Owner & Director of CRS & CRS Technics

“One of the first things on the list when I set up the companies was the need for a software system. I had known Andy (Maley) for many years and had used Aerotrac in a past life so I didn’t have to look far.”

“As we were effectively starting from scratch the system setup was very straight forward and we were up and running within a week or so from our first contact with Tracware.”

“I hadn’t used Aerotrac in anger for several years, and couldn’t believe amount of new modules and features that were available.”

“The level of support can’t be faulted and if you do get a problem then it’s usually resolved within a matter of hours.”

“CRS is a Parts Distribution business, but Aerotrac was designed to support the processes of an CAMO / MRO organisation, so it doesn’t provide an exact ‘fit’ in all areas. After explaining our requirements to Tracware in some detail it was clear that some functional development of Aerotrac was required, so Tracware and CRS have entered into a collaboration agreement to spec out and develop the additional modules / features required.”

“If anyone’s looking for software system then I would strongly recommend they start with Aerotrac.”
